COMPLAINT
The Plaintiff complains against the Defendant as follows:

WRITTEN STATEMENT FROM THE PLAINTIFF
MightyMonkey576 was hired as a manager for Emerald Co to (1) craft and supply fuel and (2) transport fuel to various gas station locations. they took the fuel.

I. PARTIES
1. ElainaThomas29 (Dependent)
3. MightyMonkey675 (Plaintiff)

II. FACTS
1. On April 23, 2022, at approximately 9:30 A.M., ElainaThoms29 hired me MightyMonkey576 as defendant to stock fuel for Emerald Co.
2. Around this time, the Plaintiff was explaining the Defendant's job, and what it would entail.
3. The Plaintiff even mentioned to the Defendant to not abuse the permission, as he would need the permissions to be able to sell, and stock the gas stations.
4. The reason for doing that is to explain her that do not giving the permissions for not opening chest shops and barrels.
5. And also I have the evidence that she gave me the permission to open barrels to take fuel
6. I crafted 1856 fuel with using two barrels of emeralds and coal each.
7. I did what the owner ElainaThomas29 told me to do I have evidence.
8. I am requesting the company to give money that I earned by crafting the fuel until now that is
1856fuel 1856$ that is 1$ per one fuel at EmeraldCo company and
2000$ for emotional feelings for make a court case and 1500$ for bonus that the company promised to give for crafting 1856 fuel
IV. PRAYER FOR RELIEF
The Plaintiff seeks the following from the Defendant:
1. $1,856 for crafted 1,856fuels in their company they buys 1$ for 1 fuel.
2. $2,000 in emotional damages cause making a court issue.
3. $1,500 for bonus promise by company for crafted fuels.
4. 3000$ for lawyer fees.

This seems like a counterclaim, and should be moved to the other case. Does it seem reasonable @MightyMonkey576 to move this counterclaim into [2022] FCR 33?

This case is hereby dismissed as it will be a counterclaim for [2022] FCR 33.
