Make frivolous government applications a punishable offence.



The people of Democracy Craft, through their elected Representatives in the Congress and the force of law ordained to that Congress by the people through the constitution, do hereby enact the following provisions into law:

1 - Short Title and Enactment

(1) This Act may be cited as the “frivolous applications act”.

(2) This Act shall be enacted immediately upon its signage.

(3) The Act has been co-sponsored by: Speaker of the house 218218Consumer, Senator GoldBlooded, DOJ Secretary ElainaThomas29, DCT secretary Mhadsher101, DEC secretary HugeBob23456,

2 - (1) There is no written law saying it is illegal to make frivolous government applications.

(2) the creation of frivolous application gives department secretary’s unnecessary work.

3 - Terms

(1) when a user creates a frivolous government application.
1. 1st offence: warning
2. 2nd offence: $100 fine
3. 3rd offence: $200 fine + 5 minutes jail time
4. 4th offence: $400 fine + 10 minutes of jail time.

(2) frivolous department applications will be defined as: applications created in seek of government approval or employment, without serious intent of being accepted.

(3) users who create frivolous department applications, are to be punished accordingly unless:
1. said application is accepted by the the correct government official
2. punishment would violate the rights expressly codified in the constitution.
3. application has already been accepted in the past.

(4) frivolousness can be determined when the user is:
1. Displaying false information in an application.
2. Joking and/or using blatant sarcasm in an application. (At secretaries discretion)
3. Creating an application as another user.
4. Lying about player requirements
