In the verdict, Judge nnmc found Franktabasco guilty of one count of mass animal murder, but not two because he claims that more than 50 only constitutes one charge. He is correct, but these murders have been committed separately, and according to the Mass Animal Murder Act Amendment, the charges are separate if they didn't happen at the same time Therefore, the court should have charged Franktobasco with two charges of mass animal murder.
