This Executive order will be enacted on December 1st, 2022
Under the Powers granted to the Executive and therefore the President in the Wages Act:
(b) The Executive has exclusive jurisdiction as to what salary level occupations fall into.
I President Deadwax, hereby order the following occupations to change to Level 0: Commission salary levels:
Cabinet
(a) President (currently level 1)
(b) Vice President (currently level 1)
(c) Secretary (currently level 2)
(d) Deputy Secretary (no level allocated, not salaried)
(e) Chief of staff (currently Level 3)
(f) Special advisors (currently Level 3)
(g) Press Advisor (currently level 4)
DOS
(a) Electoral Officer (currently Level 3)
(b) Auditor (currently Level 5)
(c) Ambassador (currently level 3)
(d) Foreign Officer (new)
DOI
(a) Ranger (currently Level 4)
(b) Environment Manager (currently Level 3)
(c) Supply Manager (no level allocated)
DLA
(a) State Prosecutor (no level allocated, not salaried)
DPA
(a) Media Advisor (currently Level 4)
(b) Event Coordinator (currently Level 4)
(c) Media Manager (currently Level 3)
(d) Event Manager (currently Level 3)
(e) Tour Manager (currently Level 3)
DCT
(a) Construction Manager (currently Level 3)
(b) Inspection Manager (currently Level 3)
DOE
(a) Education Manager
(b) Archivist (currently Level 4)

This change will mean that:
(a) Players can get paid for more than one job, as you only get paid for one currently.
(b) The Government won't be paying individuals who don't contribute to their jobs and currently get paid.
(c) The Government can track its spending on salaries more accurately.
How it will work:
Secretaries are required to maintain a payments channel in the Department discords.
In this channel, secretaries will outline their payments policy for their department, which will need to work within their Department Budget.
Who won't be moving to commission-based pay:
Department of Justice Employees
Department of Health Employees
Government roles outside of the Executive
