I, hugebob23456, President of the Commonwealth of Redmont,
hereby order the following Executive Order.
(1) Players who buy land in Towns may open a DEC ticket on Discord and apply to have up to 25% of the land purchase price refunded. Any towns found exploiting this program for profit will have their leadership deposed, will be charged with Fraud, and will be ineligible to serve in any capacity in all Federally recognized Towns in perpetuity.
(2) Town expansion shall be modified to be as follows (net increase of 10,000 blocks):
(a) Tier One: 20,000 blocks
(b) Tier Two: 7,500 blocks
(c) Tier Three: 10,000 blocks
(d) Tier Four: 12,500 blocks
(e) Tier Five: Unlimited Expansion (fee codified in other Executive Orders) plus 2,500 blocks free of charge
(3) Any towns which have already upgraded may apply to receive expansion blocks from previous upgrades which were not available at the time they upgraded.
