I, hugebob23456, President of the Commonwealth of Redmont,
hereby order the following Executive Order.

(1) The Constitution grants the President the power to "issue non-complex Executive Orders for the good governance of the server" and defines Executive Orders as "A lawful directive issued by the President in the pursuit of his or her duties." In practice, throughout this administration and previous administrations, this has effectively granted the President the power to unilaterally enact law so long as it bears no complex changes. Interestingly, the requirements to amending the constitution are only increased to a supermajority of both chambers of Congress if it is either a complex change or a rights and freedoms change, therefore any change to the constitution that is not a complex change nor a rights and freedoms change does not necessarily need to meet these greater thresholds.

(2) The Constitution is amended such that the clause "A lawful order to overturn a criminal charge, providing clemency on a charge to an accused player. Any exercise of pardon power shall be issued only in the form of a signed document released to the public." is changed to "A lawful order to overturn a criminal charge, providing clemency on a charge to an accused player. Any exercise of pardon power shall be issued only in the form of a signed document released to the public. Only violations of law for which the accused has been charged for a crime before the time at which the President wishes to issue a pardon may be pardoned."

(3) Any existing pardons which sought to pardon any future offenders shall no longer pardon any future offenders, however any offenders which had been charged before the issuing of this Executive Order shall remain pardoned.

Signed,
hugebob23456
President

Rescinded by the Congress.
