To
Give the DLA the ability to file warrants
The people of Democracy Craft, through their elected Representatives in the Congress and the force of law ordained to that Congress by the people through the constitution, do hereby enact the following provisions into law:
1 - Short Title and Enactment
(1) This Act may be cited as the ' DLA Warrant Act.'
(2) This Act shall be enacted immediately upon its signage.
(3) The Act has been co-sponsored by:
2 - Reasons
(1). The DLA lacks the ability to file warrants
(2)This would help in investigations
3 - Warrants
(1)Any member of the Department of Legal Affairs, with approval from the attorney general, may file a warrant. In the case of a warrant being filed against the attorney general, Approval is to be sought from the Secretary of Justice.
(a)If a member of the Department of Legal Affairs seeks a warrant without the proper authorization, The member shall be punished at the discretion of department leadership.
(b) Closed Court Warrants have the same process of a normal warrant
