Verdict
After taking the time to review the case, the law and precedent I am inclined to rule in the favor of the Defendant.
Both sides made good arguments but I am inclined to agree with the defendant. The Plaintiff was giving away illegal substances and then was later arrested for his crime.
The claim for relief is denied and this case is hereby closed. Thank you to both sides!
