A
BILL
To

Amend the Constitution

The people of Democracy Craft, through their elected Representatives in the Congress and the force of law ordained to that Congress by the people through the constitution, do hereby enact the following provisions into law:

1 - Short Title and Enactment
(1) This Act may be cited as the “Department Employment Amendment Act”.
(2) This Act shall be enacted immediately upon its signage.
(3) The Act has been co-sponsored by: Representative 1950minecrafter

2 - Reasons
Secretaries as of now don't need to have a reason to fire someone. This bill makes that secretaries must have a reason to fire any department employee.

3 - Change the following sub-section on the ''SECTION III - THE PRESIDENT & CABINET''

Changes:

Secretaries
Secretaries & Executive Officers are members of the cabinet who each lead a government department or portfolio. It is the Secretary's job to oversee the efficient operations of their department and to create and amend department policy in conjunction with the Government's direction. They appoint and dismiss employees of their respective departments.

They appoint and dismiss employees of their respective departments with a justified reason provided (meaning that it complies with employment laws outside this constitution)

Veto

This bill has been vetoed for the following reasons:
- This is already taken care of in the Employee Protection Act
- As stated previously, it's redundant. You state "meaning that it complies with employment laws outside this constitution" which indicates the point I've already made. Law outside of the constitution handles this matter very clearly, there is no reason to amend the constitution for it.
