Bill To

Amend the Constitution

The people of Democracy Craft, through their elected Representatives in the Congress and the force of law ordained to that Congress by the people through the constitution, do hereby enact the following provisions into law:

1 - Short Title and Enactment

(1) This Act may be cited as the "Constitutional Amendment August 2021 (Warrant Processing Time Limit Act August 2021" or “CA August 2021 (WPTL Act August 2021"
(2) This act shall take effect upon signage
(3) This act is co-authored by JoanM999 and co-sponsored by ReinausPrinzzip
(4) This bill amends the Constitution

2 - Reasons
Currently, warrants take more time than they should to be processed. To make that faster, this bill will set a limit of the time a warrant can be waiting on the judge’s desk.

3 - Amendments

Powers of the Federal Court
“The Federal Court of Redmont is able to issue warrants to the Department of Justice.”

Changes to

“The Federal Court of Redmont is able to issue warrants to the Departmanet of Justice within the period of 7 days from the moment of warrant request.”

Nay as I believe issues such as inactivity and debate over the validity of a warrant can pass a week, I believe the Act is frivolous in that regard.

Veto

This bill has been vetoed for the following reasons:
- Technically it was auto-vetoed by the constitution as I did not sign it within 5 days already.
- I don't believe we should put a time limit on such, as former Senator Canxx noted there are multiple issues that could arise that would prevent this from working.
- Department is misspelled.
