COMPLAINT
The Plaintiff complains against the Defendant as follows:

WRITTEN STATEMENT FROM THE PLAINTIFF
I rented 2 flats at res-010 (-5736 758) in the Town of Oakridge Bay and none of them have the required amenities that must be provided free of charge according to the LDV Minimum Amenities Adjustment Act.

I. PARTIES
1. ComradeLuigi (ComradeLuigi Representing)
2. _Zab_

II. FACTS
1. ComradeLuigi rented 2 flats (troom-03 and troom-04; both on the 3rd floor) at res-010 (-5736 758) at a rate of 14$ per 7 days.
2. None of them have the following items: 1x bed, 1x double chest or equivalent to, 1x crafting table, 1x furnace.
3. The LDV Minimum Amenities Adjustment Act clearly states that the aforementioned amenities must be provided free of charge for a residential space to be rentable.

III. CLAIMS FOR RELIEF
1. I hereby allege the following charges against the Defendant:
7.1 - Minimum Amenities Requirements

IV. PRAYER FOR RELIEF
The Plaintiff seeks the following from the Defendant:
1. For the aforementioned amenities to be provided free of charge.
2. $20 in legal fees.


By making this submission, I agree I understand the penalties of lying in court and the fact that I am subject to perjury should I knowingly make a false statement in court.

IN THE COURT OF THE COMMONWEALTH OF REDMONT
WRIT OF SUMMONS

The defendant _Zab_ is required to appear before the court in the case of ComradeLuigi v. _Zab_. Failure to appear within 48 hours of this summons will result in a default judgment in favour of the plaintiff.

I'd also like to remind both parties to be aware of the Court Rules and Procedures.

MOTION TO DISMISS
Defendant move that the complaint in this case be dismissed, and in support thereof, respectfully alleges:
1. Zab doesn't own the property, the current owner of that plot is ''ShinHeYing.''
2. It says that Zab is the current landlord but the current major of Oakridge Bay is ''1950minecrafter.''

Verdict


Im going to be granting the defendant’s motion for dismissal because of the following reason:

1) The person accountable is not the plaintiff but the actual owner of the plot.

2) The landlord is not the owner of a plot and the landlord is not the plaintiff anymore since the resignation of the defendant.

The court suggests the plaintiff to make a dct ticket to see what he can do legally and eventually accuse the right person if necessary.
The case is hereby dismissed
