COMPLAINT
The Defendant entered a contract with the Plaintiff, in which the Defendant agreed to pay back $880 for an $800 loan. The due date to pay back was September 16, 2022. It is now September 25, 2022, and the loan has not been paid back.

1. The Defendant entered a contract with the Plaintiff, in which the Defendant agreed to pay back $880 for an $800 loan.
2. The due date to pay back was September 16, 2022.
3. The Defendant still has not paid back the loan
4. The Defendant left the JPMorgan Discord server without paying back the loan

III. CLAIMS OFR RELIEF
1. The Defendant entered a legally binding contract, including a clause stating $880 was the amount to pay back on 9/16/22.
2. The contract also accrues an additional 10% fee per day that it is late. The date is now 9/25/22.

IV. PRAYER FOR RELIEF
1. $880 to pay back the loan.
2. $880 (10%, 10 times [$88 * 10]) due to it being 10 days late at this point.
3. $200 in legal fees.

The defendant is required to appear before the court in the case of Cofys v. RewindRP. Failure to appear within 48 hours of this summons will result in a default judgment in favor of the plaintiff.

VERDICT
Cofys v. RewindRP [2022] DCR 47

I. PLAINTIFF'S POSITION
1. Defendant signed a contract stating that they agree to pay back a loan given by the plaintiff
2. Defendant failed to pay back the loan.
3. After the defendant was informed that they had not paid back the loan in time they proceeded not to respond and leave the discord server 3 days later.

II. DEFENDANT'S POSITION
1. Defendant did not appear before the court.

III. THE COURT OPINION
1. The plaintiff's counsel has presented enough evidence to prove that the defendant failed to pay back the money.
2. The Defendant failed to comply with the terms presented in the contract.

IV. DECISION
1. I am ruling in favor of the plaintiff and I hereby order the DOJ to fine the Defendant $1,960 and to transfer that money into the plaintiff's balance.
