A
RESOLUTION
TO

Create an Official Register of Co-Operatives
The people of Democracy Craft, through their elected Representatives in the Congress do hereby formally enact this non-binding resolution, as a request to our Government:

1 - Short Title and Enactment
(1) This Resolution may be cited as the " Co-Operatives Resolution November 2021"
(2) This Resolution shall act as a formal recommendation to the Department of Education and Commerce.
(3) This Resolution is co-sponsored by ReinausPrinzzip
(4) This is a symbolic resolution, it should not be voted and should be rescinded at the end of the 9th Congress.

2 - Reasons:
Workers who don’t want to work for others have the right to unite in order to work together and help each other. That’s why we think Co-Operatives should be implemented as they are actually meant for that.

3- A Co-Operative is an association of workers that unite voluntarily to work together, help each other and organize themselves democratically.
(1) The DEC should open a new forum for the Registration of the Co-operatives on DC forums where workers will be able to apply their Co-operative.
(2) Everyone will be allowed to create them as long as they are non-government jobs (this is because there can’t be any company of these jobs as they are run by the Government).
(3) The minimum number of members in a Co-operative is 3 workers.
