Create the criminal informant program(CIP)

The people of Democracy Craft, through their elected Representatives in the Congress and the force of law ordained to that Congress by the people through the constitution, do hereby enact the following provisions into law:

1 - Short Title and Enactment
(1) This Act may be cited as the ' CIP Act.'
(2) This Act shall be enacted immediately upon its signage.
(3) The Act has been co-sponsored by: Rep. blogworldexpo

2 - Reasons
Criminals run loose on the streets not being caught
The doj lacks information on gangs and corruption
3 - Creation of the CIP
The criminal Informant Program (“CIP”)shall consist of up to 10 volunteers, And a supervising sergeant, Members of the CIP are to not disclose their position, And no citizen, member, criminal or otherwise, is to disclose other members or the supervising sergeants position, The CIP shall be directed at the discretion of the Secretary of Justice who is to appoint a sergeant or higher to supervising sergeant, The supervising sergeant shall be responsible for maintaining the program, Congress shall oversee the programs actions and the Department of Justice shall compensate the members at 500$ per successful charge filed.

4. Unauthorized disclosure

Disclosing the position of any person in a classified program, Department, or agency
Per offense: Courts may order up to $10000 in fines, and maximum a of 30 minutes imprisonment
