<Lessen the punishment for assault>
The people of Democracy Craft, through their elected Representatives in the Congress and the force of law ordained to that Congress by the people through the constitution, do hereby enact the following provisions into law:
1 - Short Title
(1) This Act may be cited as the “Assault renewal Act”.
(2) This Act shall be enacted immediately upon its signage.
2 - Reasons
(1) Assault has a higher punishment than attempted murder
(2) Attempted murder should be seen as a higher crime
3 - Enactments
(1) The Assault charges shall be changed from:
First Offence: $20 Fine + 5 minute jail
Second Offence: $50 Fine + 10 minute jail
Third Offence and After: $100 Fine + 15 minute jail
To:
Per offense: $30 Fine + 10 minute jail
