The Plaintiff complains against the Defendant as follows:

I. PARTIES
1. applecrafterlp (Plantiff)
2. Pizzawizard8 (Defendant)

II. FACTS
1. applecrafterlp and pizzawizard8 agreed that in exchange for 100 ammo applecrafterlp would pay pizzawizard8 $100.
2. applecrafterlp was given 100 of a different type of ammo that was agreed on.

III. CLAIMS FOR RELIEF
1. The defendant did not give applecrafterlp the agreed ammo.

IV. PRAYER FOR RELIEF
The Plaintiff seeks the following from the Defendant:
1. $100 as that was the amount payed for the ammo
2. $500 Legal fees

By making this submission, I agree I understand the penalties of lying in court and the fact that I am subject to perjury should I knowingly make a false statement in court.

Verdict

I believe that this cases does not have enough evidence to back up the claim of being scammed.

I see the start of a case but I feel as if the evidence does not match the claims.

Do to that reasoning and that reasoning alone, I will be dismissing this case and once they come up with more evidence they can refile.

This case is DISMISSED
