Amend the Appropriations Process Act

The people of DemocracyCraft, through their elected Representatives in the Congress and the force of law ordained to that Congress by the people through the constitution, do hereby enact the following provisions into law:

1 - Short Title and Enactment
(1) This Act may be cited as the “APA Amendment”.
(2) This Act shall be enacted immediately upon its signage.
(3) The Act has been co-sponsored by: Rep. Rurge

2 - Reasons
(1) All government entities should be transparent with their spending, not just executive departments.

3 - Terms
(1) Section VI, subsection I, sub-subsection III of the Appropriations Process Act shall be amended from: Any payments for goods or services by the departments over their operational threshold outlined in the budget will need to be declared in this channel.

nay - requiring towns and other government entities (like the rba) to report their spending is silly and hard to track. Stick to the cabinet.
