I. PARTIES
1. Antatro (Plantiff)
2. Hanerbua(Defendant)

4. Timus_Maximus (Witness)

II. FACTS
1. The plantiff had Timus_Maximus attend the ticket
2. There was an agreement between us that they would pay back in two weeks
3. The loan was given on 07/12/2021
4. It is now 8/2/2021
5. The defendant left the server
6. The defendant was warned they had 3 days left to pay it
7. The loan is owed directly to the plantiff

III. CLAIMS FOR RELIEF
1. The agreement was to pay it back in 2 weeks
2. Its been over 2 weeks
3. I have yet to get pay back

IV. PRAYER FOR RELIEF
The Plaintiff seeks the following from the Defendant:
1. $1000 payback of loan
2. $200 in late payback

By making this submission, I agree I understand the penalties of lying in court and the fact that I am subject to perjury should I knowingly make a false statement in court.

WRIT OF SUMMONS

The defendant is required to appear before the court in the case of antatro v. hanerbua. Failure to appear within 48 hours of this summons will result in a default judgment.

Verdict

As the defendant hasn't responded bar an apology I hereby rule in favor of the defendant, I hereby order the Department of Justice to fine the defendant $1200 and unfine that same amount to the plaintiff, I would like to thank the plaintiff for their time
