IN THE COURT OF THE COMMONWEALTH OF REDMONT
CIVIL ACTION

Aladeen22
Plaintiff

v.

Department of Health
Defendant

COMPLAINT
The Plaintiff complains against the Defendant as follows: The Plaintiff has been fired from his job as doctor for little more than the word of an anonymous medical specialist claiming that he asked for exam answers, shot a gun in the hospital, and harassed a medical specialist to open exams, however not only did they state they had zero evidence towards this claim but Aladeen22 is a police officer, held to a higher standard than that, if he displayed that behavior he would likely be fired from police officer as well, but here he is still an officer

WRITTEN STATEMENT FROM THE PLAINTIFF

I. PARTIES
1. Aladeen22
2. Department of Health

II. FACTS
1. The plaintiff was fired on little more than the word of a high ranking member of the department
2. He, as a police officer, hasn't been fired from that yet, which this behavior (especially considering that all of the allegations are either illegal or against the rules,) would get him fired

III. CLAIMS FOR RELIEF
1. The plaintiff was fired from doctor unjustly
2. He lost out

IV. PRAYER FOR RELIEF
The Plaintiff seeks the following from the Defendant:
1. For my client to be reinstated as a doctor
2. $250 in compensation

IN THE COURT OF THE COMMONWEALTH OF REDMONT
MOTION TO DISMISS

Aladeen22
Plaintiff

v.

Department of Health
Defendant

Case no: 03-2021-21-02

MOTION TO DISMISS
Defendant move that the complaint, in this case, is dismissed, and in support thereof, respectfully alledges:
1. The Plaintiff quit the job.
2. The evidence that the plaintiff offers is intentionally misleading. This conversation happened between Aladeen and Wolfiestaken over a month ago (Evidence 1). Aladeen is launching a lawsuit about quitting the DoH over a month after they left the department. This would Ex Post Facto the Employee Protection Act because the incident happened prior to the Employment Protection Act being put into creation.
3. The plaintiffs second claim for relief " 2. He lost out" is nonsubstantive. The claim does not properly establish damages and therefore does not give this lawsuit proper standing.
4. The Department Secretaries reserve the right to hire and fire as they see fit as it is within constitutional bounds.

By making this submission, I agree I understand the penalties of lying in court and the fact that I am subject to perjury should I knowingly make a false statement in court.

I would like to apologize to the court, my client hadn't told me of the date and gave me the screenshots in evidence to go off of after approaching me about the case, so I had assumed that it had happened within a few days of him contacting me, as such I would like to request the dismissal sustained

Verdict

Due to lack of support for continuance, this case has been dismissed.

Thank you to both parties.
