The Plaintiff, _Zab_, complains against the Defendant, xArshMK; as follows:

I. PARTIES

2. xArshMK, a citizen of DemocracyCraft

II. FACTS
1. The Defendant, xArshMK, made counterfeit toxens to sell at _Zab_'s casino
2. The Plaintiff warns those not to do that as it is considered stealing
3. The Defendant stole $45,250 by use of $250 counterfeit tokens
4. Many players noticed the massive increase in cash from xArshMK and questioned the legitimacy

III. CLAIMS FOR RELIEF
1. Because the Defendant use counterfeit toxens to steal, the Plaintiff will sue for stole money
2. The Plaintiff went bankrupt due to being robbed, resulting in stock (for his store) not being able to be paid for
3. The Defendant was given the opportunity to compensate the amount of money he stole, but refused

IV. PRAYER FOR RELIEF
The Plaintiff seeks the following from the Defendant:
1. Compensatory damages for use of counterfeit toxens, meaning he stole, $45,750
2. Compensatory damages for loss in stock and cashflow, $500
3. Compensation for legal fees incurred, $250
